Talented and Creative, Catherine and Frederic were choosen by the greatest to beginning their carreer : TROISGROS, BOCUSE…
They decides “voler de leurs propre ailes” and opening their restaurant in Paray Le Monial. Where 7 years of success await them, the fruit of their generosity, and the refinement of their kitchen For Catherine ans Frederic to settle in the Charollais was an obviousness, at the junction of their roots, Mâcon and Roanne.Since 2016, the couple have restored the historique hotel restaurant de la gare, today called L’Apostrophe. He blooming in a cooking of excellence and in a keen sense of “ good hospitality” carring their reputation far beyond regional borderes .
Today, Frédéric and Catherine have surrounded themselves with a team of 10 people, sensitive and comepetent. All dedicated to the well being- of the customers.

Fréderic give free rein to his creativity.And sublimates and exceptional products espescially fish. His cooking becomes experimental with meticulous work of the noble product seductive the finest palates.

Service and reception
catherine followed the same training as frederic but in restaurant room. After an first experience at maison trois gros, she proves herself by her calm character and her versatality.
